Consulting Services
Under the direction of our provider, the consulting team at FBH offers consulting and training services for teams or groups, whether they be a work team, community group, or a group of clients you serve. We can meet with you and make a strategic recommendation for retreats, psycho-educational groups, or training sessions to address your specific needs.
Experiential Psychoeducational Groups
Psychoeducational process training is optimal if you have a group who collectively would benefit from some personal wellness information and practice. Examples of topics that may be covered include stress management, relationship building, mind-body connection, time management, and more. This type of service is typically offered in one to four sessions.
Team Building Retreats
Whether it be at your location or at a retreat destination, we can facilitate retreats aimed at building trust and cohesion, improving communication, or reducing interpersonal conflict. The structure and timing of your retreat will be planned to optimize convenience and participation.
Organizational Leadership and Change Management
Is your organization experiencing transitions or struggling with developing new leaders? Workshops on change management, leadership skills, communicating difficult messages, or performance management issues may be what is needed. We can offer training to staff and even train the trainer opportunities to build your internal support team.
Clinical Supervision
Are you seeking counseling licensure, but your employer is not offering sufficient clinical supervision? I can offer individual or very small group supervision to post-graduate clinicians.
